મકરપૂરા ની એક પ્રખ્યાત દુકાનમાં લસ્સી નો ઓડૅર આપીને , અમે બધા મિત્રો આરામથી બેઠા હતા અને એકબીજાની ખેંચી રહ્યા હતા અને મજાક કરી રહ્યા હતા ત્યારે લગભગ 75-80 વર્ષની ઘરડી મહિલા પૈસા માંગતા મારી સામે હાથ ફેલાઈને ઉભા થઇ ગયા.તેમની કમર વાંકી હતી,ભૂખ તેમના ચેહર ની કરચલીયોમાં તરતી હતી . આંખો અંદરથી ડૂબી ગઈ હતી પણ તેજસ્વી હતી. તેમને જોઈને, અચાનક મારા મન માં શું આવ્યું મારા ખીસસામાં પૈસા લેવા માટે નાખેલો હાથ બહાર ખેંચી ને પૂછી લીધું તમે લસ્સી પીસો“દાદી તમે લસ્સી પીશો?”મારી આ વાત થી દાદી ને આચાર્ય ના થયું પરંતુ મારા મિત્રો આચાર્યચકીત થઈ ગયા .
