ઘર એક મંદિર 'પપ્પા એક ખુશ ખબર છે. આપણા આ બંગલાની કિંમત બિલ્ડર દસ કરોડ આપી રહ્યો છે. આમ તો એની માર્કેટ વેલ્યુ ચાર કરોડ જ થાય. પરંતુ બંગલો જો બિલ્ડરને વેચી દઈએ તો એ લોકો અહીં ફ્લેટની સ્કીમ ઊભી કરશે અને દસ કરોડ આપણને આપશે. આ પ્રોપટી વેચીને આપણે બોપલ સાઈડ નવા બનેલા બંગલાઓ ખરીદી તેમાં રહેવા જતા રહીએ. હું તો ઓફર સાંભળીને ખુશ થઇ ગયો. મેં તો બિલ્ડરને કહ્યું કે કાલે મારા પપ્પા સાથે તમારી મીટીંગ પણ કરાવી દઉ છું.' કથને જમતા-જમતા પિતા રમેશભાઈને કહ્યું હતું. રમેશભાઈનો હાથ જમતા-જમતા અટકી ગયો, રૂમાલથી એમણે હાથ લૂછી નાખ્યા અને
