આજની વાત સુરત શહેરની છે. તો વાત સુરતની છે તે તાપી નદી કાંઠે વસેલું છે. કદાચ વર્ષાઋતુની શરૂઆત જ હતી. અને સિઝનનો પેલો વરસાદ થયો હતો. તેથી કંઈક અલગ જ સુગંધ આવી રહી હતી. તાપી નદી પણ હિલોળા મારતી વહેતી હતી. અને સુરત એટલે ફ્લાયઓવરની રાજધાની. સુરતમાં પ્રેમીપંખીને મળવાની જગ્યા એટલે રામમઢી. સવારથી લઈને સાંજ સુધીમાં તો કેટકેટલા પ્રેમીપંખીડાઓ આવતા હશે! અહીંથી જ કેટલાય લોકોનો પ્રેમ બંધાયો હશે. તો કેટલાકના પ્રેમ પ્રકરણ અહીં જ પત્યા હશે.આ વાતની શરૂઆત તો આજથી લગભગ ત્રણેક વર્ષ પેલાની છે. અને આ એમના પ્રેમની શરૂઆત પણ આ રામમઢીથી જ થઈ હતી. એ બંનેની પહેલી મુલાકાતની ગવાહી
