નિશા અને રાહુલના લગ્નના છ વર્ષ વિતી ગયા, નિશાનો ખોળો હજી ખાલી હતો, તેના પિયર પક્ષે અને સાસરીમાં પણ કેટલીય આખડી, બાધાઓ લેવામાં આવી હતી. સાસુ વાતવાતમાં સતત નિશાને યાદ દેવડાવતા હતા, હવે આ ઘરમાં આંનદ કિલ્લોલ કરતું એક બાળક હોય તો સારું, બસ ભગવાન તને સારા દિવસો દેખાડે એટલે અમે ગંગા નાહ્યા. નિશા બસ ચુપચાપ સાંભળી જ રહેતી. નિશા સતત તણાવમાં રહેવા લાગી જ્યારે રાહુલને આ બાબતે કોઈ ગંભીરતા જ નોહતી. તે ઘણી વખત રાહુલને સમજાવતી, “રાહુલ ચાલો સારા ડૉકટરને બતાવી જોઈએ, રિપોર્ટ્સ કઢાવી જોઈએ.” પણ રાહુલ ધરાર એની વાત અવગણતો અને કહેતો “નિશા
