એક સત્ય આજે તમને કહેવું છે...પુરાવા સાથે...જે ને ખોટો પાડવાની કોઈની તાકાત નથી..કારણ કે આજ સત્ય છે... ॐ જ સત્ય છે.......ૐ એટલે શીવ .....જે જીવ રૂપે આપણા સ્થુળ શરીરને ધારણ કરે છે....અકાર એટલે આપણો દેહ શરીર ...બે હાથ બે પણ માથું શરીર કાન નાક હોઠ આંખો...જેને આપણે ખુબ સાચવીએ છીએ જતન કરીએ છીએ...જે ક્ષણીક અને નાશવંત છે..રોજે આપણી જુની ચામડી નાશ પામી ઉખડી નવી આવે છે નવા કોષ બને છે...લોહી પણ ત્રણ મહીને શુધ્ધી કરણ થાય છે...માટે ત્રણ મહીનામાં એક વાર આપણે રક્તદાન કરી કોઈનો જીવ બચાવવા દાન કરીએ છીએ...આમ માતાના ગર્ભ થી વૃધ્ધીની પ્રક્રીયા શરુ થાય બાયળકના જન્મથી વધી આગળ
