આપણે હમેંશા આપણી જાતને અન્યના હાથમાં કે અન્યના ભરોસે છોડી દઈએ છે. મને લાગે છે કે, આપણે હમેંશા દરેકને સાંભળીયે છે. પણ આપણે ક્યારેય આપણા જ અંતરાત્માનો આવાજ નથી સાંભળતા. રોજિંદી ભાગ- દોડમાં દરેક વ્યક્તિની ધીરજ પણ જાણે ખૂંટી ગઈ હોય એવું લાગે. "નાની - નાની વાતમા ગુસ્સે થઈ જવું, એકાંત સહન ન કરી શકે હમેંશા કોઈક જોઈએ જ. જીવનમાં ઘટતી ઘટનાઓ આપણાં માનસપટ પર સારી કે ખરાબ અસર પાડે છે, હા એ દરેક ઘટનાઓ આપણાં માનસપટ પર કેવી અસર કરે છે એ આપણી વિચારસરણી અને આપણાં વ્યક્તિત્વને જવાબદર છે. એ અન્યના હાથમાં નથી.
