ખૂબ જ ઉતાવળા પગલે ઘર ભણી જઈ રહ્યો હતો. પત્નીનો ત્રીજી વારનો ફોન પણ કાપી નાખ્યો હતો. આજે દુકાને વધુ ઘરાઘી હોવાથી બપોરે જમવા જવાનું મોડું થઈ ગયું હતું. સમય ૧:૩૦ થઈ ગયો હતો. દુકાન થી ઘર સુધીનો રસ્તો પણ ૧૦ મિનિટ નો જ હતો એટલે પત્નીનો ફોન કાપી નાખવાનુ જ ઉચિત હતું. જો ઉપાડ્યો હોતતો એ જ શબ્દો સાંભળવા મળત કે જમવાનું ઠંડુ થઈ જશે એ પછી મને ના કહેતા. બપોરનો તડકો પણ તેનો પ્રકોપ વરસાવી રહ્યો હતો. આખું શરીર પરસેવે રેબઝેબ થઇ ગયું હતું. શેરીઓ સૂનસાન ભાસી રહી હતી. બસ હું મારા ઘર નો દરવાજો ખોલી જ રહ્યો
