સરકારી ખર્ચે એમ.બી.બી.એસ કર્યા પછી બોન્ડ ના નિયમ મુજબ 1 વર્ષ સુધી સરકાર કહે તે ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારમાં સેવા આપવી પડે છે. ડોક્ટર સોહીલ આચાર્ય ગવર્મેન્ટ કોલેજમાં એમ.બી.બી.એસ તો થઈ ગયો પણ સરકારી નિયમ મુજબ એનું પોસ્ટીંગ પંચમહાલ જિલ્લામાં દાહોદ વિસ્તારમાં નંદપુર ગામમાં થયું. નંદપુર સાવ નાનકડું ગામ. ગામની વસ્તી માંડ આઠથી દસ હજાર. મોટાભાગે આખો આદિવાસી વિસ્તાર ! ગામમાં ગ્રામ પંચાયત ની ઓફીસ, એક સરકારી દવાખાનું અને સાતમા ધોરણ સુધીની એક પ્રાઇમરિ સ્કૂલ ! આખા દિવસમાં બે બસો આવે જે દાહોદ સાથે કનેક્શન આપે ! સોહીલ મેડિકલ ઓફિસર તરીકે હાજર થયો ત્યારે ત્યાંના ઇન્ચાર્જ ડોક્ટરે તેને ચાર્જ આપ્યો. દવા અને
