વાત મારા પ્રાથમિક શાળાની છે.. હું લગભગ પાંચમા ધોરણમાં અભ્યાસ કરતો સમય અને સંજોગો તો ચોક્કસ યાદ નથી, છતાં પણ એક ઘટના બિલકુલ યાદ છે એટલે કે સવારની શાળામાં વહેેલા પહોંચવાની તાલાવેલીમાં એક સવારે હજુ તો શાળાના દરવાજા ખુલ્લા એજ જ સમયે પહોંચી ગયો. ત્યારે ઓસરી વાળવા માટે થઈને સાવરણી લઈને હું તૈયાર હતો . શિક્ષકોમાં પ્રિય થવાની જાણે સ્પર્ધા લાગી હોય એમ એમ શાળાના કાર્યો કરવા માટે અમે હંમેશા તત્પર રહેતા હતા .ઓસરી વાળતા વળતા મને એક કાગળ મળ્યો........ આ કાગળ સાવ કોરો હતો માત્ર પેન્સિલના 3 આડા અને 2 ઉભા લીટા
