( એક કાલ્પનિક લઘુ વાર્તા )દારૂબંધી વરસોથી અમલમાં હતી અને વરસોથી દારૂ ખુણે –ખાંચરેથી મળી રહેતો હતો ! આનો કોઇ ઉપાય સુઝતો ન હતો . નેતાગીરી બદલાઈ ગઇ હતી . આધુનિક એડજ્યુકેટેડ નેતાગીરી આવી હતી ! આવતાવેત જ પરિસ્થિતિનું આકલન કરી નવી નેતાગીરીએ આનો કાયમી શો ઉપાય કરવો ? આ માટેના ઠોશ પગલાં વિચારી લીધા હતા , બધુ ખાનગી રાહે કામ પાર પાડવાનું હતું . રાજયમાં ક્રાંતિકારી ઉપાયો આ માટે જરૂરી હતા તેવુ આધુનિક નેતાગીરીએ તારણ કાઢ્યું હતું ! આ માટે સાયકોલોજિકલ ઉપાય કરવાનું નવી નેતાગીરીનું મુખ્ય વલણ હતું !જુનિયર/સિનિયર નેતાઓ ,અધિકારીગણ તથા લાગતા-વળગતા દરેક લોકો-કર્મચારીઓને કડક સૂચના આપવામાં
