માણસ જ્યારે આત્મહત્યા કરે છે, ત્યારે ઠેર ઠેર શિખામણ આપવા વાળા અને દુઃખ વ્યક્ત કરવા વાળા ઊભા થઈ જાય છે. પરંતુ માણસ જ્યારે તણાવપૂર્ણ જીવનમાંથી પસાર થઈ રહ્યો હોય છે ; ત્યારે આમાંથી કોઈ જ નજરે નથી પડતું.જ્યારે માણસ તણાવ ( ડિપ્રેશન ) માં હોય છે; ત્યારે એને કોઈની સલાહ કે શિખામણ યાદ નથી આવતી.એ સમયે એને બસ આત્મહત્યાનો જ વિચાર આવે છે. એ સમયે જો કોઈ મિત્ર કે પોતાના લોકોનો સાથ મળી જાય તો તેનું જીવન બચી શકે છે. એક સીધું ગણિત છે
