જજ સાહેબ સુબોધભાઈએ ફેસલો સંભળાવ્યો કે આરોપી બેકસૂર છે.તેને છોડી મુકવામાં આવે. આ ફેસલો સંભળાવતા તેની આખ માં પાણી આવી ગયા. આટલા વર્ષો મા પહેલી વાર તેને તેના આપેલા ચુકાદા પર ગુસ્સો આવતો હતો. ચુકાદો આપતી વખતે આરોપી ની આખોમા જોતાં જ તેને ખ્યાલ આવી ગયો હતો કે આરોપી ગુનેગાર છે. છતાં આરોપી વિરુદ્ધ એકપણ સ્ટેટમેન્ટ નહોતા અને મરનાર પત્નીએ dying declaration માં લખાવ્યું હતું કે મારા તથા મારા છોકરાઓ ના દાજી જવામાં મારા પતિનો હાથ નથી. આગ મારી ભુલ ને હિસાબે લાગી હતી. આવા નિવેદન ને આધારે આરોપી ને બેકસૂર જાહેર કરવો પડયો હતો. ઘરે આવી ને પણ સુબોધ
