વિકાસ યાત્રા પાણી થી છાંટોપાણી !!આજથી લગ-ભગ 40 વરસ પહેલા ગુજરાતમાં અપૂરતા વરસાદથી પાણીની મોટી મહામારી સર્જાઈ હતી . રાજકોટમાં રા. મ્યુ . કોર્પો. દરેક લતે – લતે પાણીના ટેંકરો મોકલીને પાણી પોહચાડતું હતું . લોકો આજનું ટેંકર ચાલ્યું જાય કે તરતજ બીજા દિવસનું ટેંકર આવે ત્યારે પોતાનો વારો જલ્દી આવી જાય તે માટેનો વારો ટેંકર જાય કે તુરતજ મુકી દેતા હતા ! વારામા કોઈ તૂટેલું-ફૂટેલુ ડબલું કે પછી ડોલ કે પછી કોઈ-કોઈ તો ઘરમાં રહેલ જુના ચપ્પલ પણ મુકી આવતું હતું ! અડધીરાત્રે છોકરાઓનો કિલ્લોલ સંભળાતો હતો ,બૈરાઓની ચીસા-ચીસ સંભળાતી હતી તેમજ ભાઇઓના હાકલા-પડકારા સંભળાતા હતા કે – હે
