ઘરે જ નાનખટાઈ બનાવતા શીખો....એ પણ એકદમ સહેલી રીતેઆપને નાના હતા ત્યારે એટલી બધી નાસ્તા ની આઇટમ નહોતી,અને ત્યારે બિસ્કીટ,નાનખટાઈ એવું જ મળતું , ત્યારે મને યાદ છે અમે નાનખટાઈ નો લોટ ઘરે થી તૈયાર કરીને બેકરી આપવા જતા અને એ લોકો એને બેક કરી આપતા,એટલે એ બહુ જ મોટું કામ લાગતું,અને એવું લાગતું કે ઘરે નાનખટાઈ બનાવી જ ના શકાય , એના માટે બહુ અનુભવ ને બહુ સાધનો ની જરૂર પડતી હશે ને બેકિંગ ઘરે કેમ કરી શકાય ????? અને ત્યારે એટલી જલ્દી જલ્દી થઇ પણ જાતી ના હતી , બકરી વાળા ની અનુકૂળતા મુજબ વારો આવે અને ત્યાં
