कल शाम को ही मोबाइल पे मैसेज आया था,फिर मेल आया,फिर नोटिस लगा ऑफिस में और फिर उसकी प्रिंटेड कॉपीज सभी डिपार्टमेंट हेड्स को भी पहुँचाई गईं थी कि 2 अक्टूबर को गांधी जयंती के अवसर पर 'स्वच्छता ही सेवा' कार्यक्रम के तहत 7 से 10 बजे 'बीच क्लीनिंग' का आयोजन किया गया है जिसमें सभी कर्मचारियों को बढ़-चढ़ के भाग लेना है। जोश-जोश में वो 7 बजे 'बीच' पहुंच गया, नया-नया रंगरूट था।जोश से भरा हुआ ,सरकारी तौर तरीकों से मरहूम।आज कई दिनों बाद उसने सुबह का सूरज देखा, दूर समंदर के पानी से नहा-धो के निकलता हुआ।मछुआरे मछली
