બીલીપત્રબોટાદ જિલ્લા માં નશીતપર નામનું ગામ છે. ત્યાં જવા માટે એક નદી પાર કરવી પડે..જ્યારે નદી માં પુર આવતું ત્યારે ત્યાંના લોકો એક છેડે થી બીજી બાજુ જઇ નહોતા શકતા. એ નદી ઉનાળામાં સુકાઈ જતી અને ચોમાસા માં પાછી છલોછલ થઈ જતી. નશીતપર માં રામુકાકા ચરપંચ હતા અને તેને પોતાની જિંદગીમાં ઘણું બધું જોયેલું હતું.એકવાર રામુકાકા પાસે એવી સમસ્યા આવી કે રામુકાકા પણ સાંભળી ને સ્તબ્ધ થઈ ગયા તેનો ઉકેલ ન હતો રામુકાકા પાસે..એક દુઃખી માતા રામુકાકા પાસે ઉભી હતી અને તે પોતાના 8 વર્ષ ના બાળક માટે ભીખ માંગી રહી હતી..!! તો વાત એમ હતી કે ઉનાળાની રજા હતી
