ઈ.સ.1890 એ 14 ઑગસ્ટ નો દિવસ હતો. અંગ્રેજ શાસન મા પોલિસ પટલ તરીકે ફરજ બજાવતા રણુમલ ની ઘરે કુવરી નો જન્મ થયો. આખું ગામ હર્ષ ઘેલું બન્યું હતું. દીવડા થી ગામ જગમગી રહ્યું હતું. દિવસો પસાર થવા લાગ્યા. જહો જલાલી માં કુવરી ઊછરી રહી હતી, આજે રણુમલ દીકરી 18 વર્ષે ની થઈ હતી.કુવરી રોજ સાંજે ગામની બહાર ટહેલવા રથ લઈ સાથે તેની સેવિકા પણ રહેતી. ઘોડા ને પાણી પીવડાવવા માટે અવેડો (પશુ માટેનો એક કુંડ) પાસે રથ ઊભો રહેતો. ને ઘોડા ને પાણી પીવડાવી પાછા ફરતાં.એક વાર અવેડા પર એક માલધારી પોતાના પશુ ને પાણી પીવડાવી રહ્યો હતો તે સમયે
