विश्वास मुम्बई की एक बहुमंजिला इमारत में मोहनलाल जी नाम के एक बहुत ही सज्जन व दयालु स्वभाव के व्यक्ति रहते थे। उसी इमारत के पास एक महात्मा जी दिन भर ईष्वर की आराधना में व्यस्त रहते थे। मोहनलाल जी के यहाँ से उन्हें प्रतिदिन रात का भोजन प्रदान किया जाता था। यह परम्परा काफी समय से चल रही थी। एक दिन उन महात्मा जी ने भोजन लाने वाले को निर्देष दिया कि अपने मालिक से कहना कि मैंने उसे याद किया है। यह सुनकर मोहनलाल जी तत्काल ही उनके पास पहुँचे और उन्हंे बुलाने का प्रायोजन जानना चाहा।
