પતંગ તારો ને મારોકાલે સાંજે મારો દીકરો ધાબા ઉપર એકલો પતંગ ઉડાડતો હતો. એ હજી શીખી રહ્યો હતો અને એનો પ્રયત્ન સફળ રહ્યો. પતંગ ચગી ગયો અને આકાશમાં ઉપર ખાસે દૂર સુધી ગયો...બાજુના ધાબા ઉપર એક બીજો મોટો છોકરો પતંગ ઉડાડતો હતો. એણે મારા દીકરાના પતંગ સાથે પેચ લડાવ્યો, એની કાચ પાયેલી દોરી આગળ અમારી સાદી, કાચ વગરની દોરી તરત જ કપાઈ ગઈ! મારા દીકરો નીચે આવ્યો અને મને કહે, “બાજુવાળા ભૈયાએ મારો પતંગ કાપી નાખ્યો. કેટલે ઉપર સુધી ગયેલો... મારી અડધી ફિરકી પણ ખલાસ થઈ ગઈ!"મેં એને સમજાવ્યો કે હોય એ તો. બધાને પતંગ ઉડાડીને જ ખુશી ના મળે
