"૧૦૦% બર્ન્સ છે, બચવા ની શક્યતા નહિવત્ છે." હોસ્પિટલ ના બર્ન્સ વૉર્ડ ના ઇન્ચાર્જ ડૉક્ટરે મીરાં ને બોલાવી, માધવની ગંભીર હાલતના સમાચાર આપ્યા.માધવ બેંગલુરુ ની એક મલ્ટી નેશનલ કંપનીમાં નોકરી કરતો હતો.બુધવાર તારીખ ૧૭ મી ના એ દિવસે અચાનક શોર્ટ સર્કિટ થવાથી એના ડિપાર્ટમેન્ટ માં‌‌ ભયંકર આગ લાગી હતી એટલે માધવ આખા શરીર પર ખૂબજ દાઝી ગયેલ હતો.એનો ચહેરો પણ ઓળખાતો ન હતો.મીરા ને આ દુઃખદ સમાચાર મળતાં એ હાંફળી ફાંફળી બની ગયી.એ વખતે મીરાં એક વર્કશોપ માટે મૈસુર ગયેલ હતી.એ તાત્કાલિક ટેક્સી કરીને બેંગલુરુ હોસ્પિટલમાં પહોંચી જ્યાં માધવ ને દાખલ કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો. માધવ સલામત તો હશે ને ?
