"આ વાત છે, અમર દેવીદાસ,પરબ ધામ જૂનાગઢ ની." મા : અરે અમર ના બાપુ આવી ગયા તમે? આવો આવો બેસો. અરે દીકરી અમર, બેટા બાપુ માટે પાણી લાવજો. બાર વર્ષ ની અમર, પગ ની ઝાંઝરી ના રણકારે,છમ છમ કરતી પાણી નો લોટો લઇ ને ,ઉંબરે આવી, અને એના બાપુને હાથ માં આપી,કહ્યું.અમર : લ્યો બાપુ,પાણી પીવો. અમર ના હસતા ચહેરા ને જોઈને એના બાપુ નો,થાક હળવો થઇ જતો. બાપુુજી : અરે દીકરી અમર, આવ બેસમારી પાહેં.અમર એના બાપુ ના ખોળે બેસી,ગઈ બાપુ એ કહ્યું,બેટા આટલા દાળા હું કામ કર્યું તે? એ કેતો મને.
