એ ક્યાં ગઈ તરુલતા મહેતા હવેલીમાં ભાગદોડ , ધમાલ મચી છે.મોટીબા વરંડાની ખુરશીમાં લાકડી લઈ બેઠેલાં છે .તેમના હુકમો અને લાકડીના ઠકઠકારાથી નોકરો ચાર પગે દોડતા ઉપરના માળે જાય છે. બહારની અગાશીની લાઈટો કરી જુએ છે તો સવારે વડોદરા ગયેલી જાનની બસ હવેલીના દરવાજે ઊભી હતી.ગુલાબના હારથી શોભતા વર-વહુને આવકારવા સૌ હવેલીના દરવાજે દોડ્યા . નાનકડી નવોઢા મો---ટી હવેલીને જોતી જ રહી ગઈ ! વલસાડના સ્ટેશન રોડ પર મનુબાની હવેલીનો વટ હતો.આજે મોટા દીકરા મોહનના લગ્ન પ્રંસગે હવેલી ને નવવધૂ જેવી શણગારવામાં આવી છે.ચારે કોર દીવા ઝળહળતા હતા .દરવાજે આસોપાલવના તોરણો ઝૂલતા હતા. આ આપણું ઘર સરલા ,ચાલ મોટીબા રાહ જોઈને બેઠાં છે .
