(૧)વાલમનાં વખાણનયન કેવા આ વાલમ તારા ? જગ ભલી કરે વખાણ તારા. ખોવાયું જગ નયન પલકારે, ભર બપોરે જોવે જગ તારા. મનાઈ ફરમાવે મનને ન જોવા, માથું ન માની દેખે નયન તારા. દરેકના મુખે વખાણ તારા, વાલમના નયન નહીં છે તારા. મુખડું કેવું આ વાલમ તારું ? જગ ભલી કરે વખાણ તારા, અમાસ બેઠી કાજળ અંધકારે , પૂનમના ચંદ્રને કહે વદન તારા. દેખી કરે મનમાં કલ્પનાઓ, દિવસે જાણે પૂનમનો ચંદ્ર જોયો, મુખડાની માયા લાગી જગને, એક કરી દીધા સુર્ય,ચંદ્ર, તારા. કેવી વખાણની અવળી ભાષા ? માહિ હસતો વર્ણન જોઇ તારા.*****(૨) મોંઘવારીનું ગીફટહાય રે હાય મોંઘવારી હાય! નીંદર નહિં આય!તારા રુપ
