My bad luck. Who would have known this. I just returned to Bhubaneswar on 20th March. I had been to my hometown for 10 days. My parents are living there in our ancestral home. I work in an IT company, based at Bhubaneswar, Orissa. As I was saying, it was my bad luck that just after I returned, the Lockdown started all over India on 25th March, 2020. There was no point living alone in Bhubaneswar. The restaurants and malls will all be closed. What would I do all alone in my small flat for an indefinite period. Sorry, I forgot to tell you that I was a bachelor. Yes, even at 40 I'm still single. I got transferred three months ago to this city. I had taken a good one BHK fully furnished flat in a decent locality. It's not an apartment, but a two storied house. The landlord lived with his family on the ground floor, and I was given the first floor. They are a very good family. The gentleman had just retired a few months back. My landlord and his wife were presently making a trip to his nephew in London, who is working there. They left just the day after I got back here. In fact they have given me the keys to their portion and responsibility of the entire house in their absence.
