I joined Trivandrum planning office according to PSC advice as Research Assistant on 3.1.2014, I had went there after 11.30am after waiting in the collectorate ground floor.When I joined planning board the District Planning Officer, Prasanna madam asked me and my mother if I had joined planning office at 10.30 am it would have been better.My mother replied that it was Rahu kalam in the morning and since it was my first PSC appointment we were sitting in the waiting shed.
